We care about the world we are leaving our children. That’s why the products we supply are made from wood- it’s sustainable. The wood used to make the resources is FSC and PEFC certified and the Environmental Management System certified to ISO 14001.  JAGGO Education products contain no substances that would be hazardous to children's health. The learning resources we supply are made to last which means less waste. 

Online Ordering 

Once your order has been placed we will send you an e-mail to confirm your order, we will use the e-mail address you provide in your order form. Please make sure you enter a valid email address. Your order can only be confirmed once your credit card payment has gone through and been accepted by our payment gateway.

 Online Processing 

Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with dispatch date from that date it usually takes 3/4 working days for delivery unless stated otherwise. 

Cancellation Policy 

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the order starts its delivery to you. Cancel by e-mailing at info@jaggo.ie or phoning us at 0599148605 In the event of you cancelling your order before the order starts its delivery to you, we will issue you a refund for the total value of your order including any delivery charges. We will issue the refund to you within 20 days of the cancellation of your order. 

Returns Policy 

Once you receive your order you have 30 days to decide if you wish to return it.

Conditions – If you wish to return it –The resource must be in original undamaged packaging, and unused.

When we receive the resources back we'll issue a refund to you.

Privacy Policy  

JAGGO Education will never provide your information or your contact details for marketing purposes to third parties. 

Governing Law 

These terms and conditions, and all disclaimers and other material on our website, are governed by and written in accordance with Irish law. Any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
